The Federal Polytechnic Ede has
released her admission list for
2012/2013 academic session.
The list is now available online
and can be checked instantly
preferably by using a computer
system.
To check the admission list right
now, visit the official portal by
visiting http://www.federalpolyede.edu.ng/putme/
Once the page loads up, click on
the link at the top right corner of
the website tagged as “View
Admission List”.
There should be a pop up on
your screen prompting you to
select a department. Select your
department from the list and
click “View List”. The Page should
reload showing you the list of
admitted students. If you don’t
find your name on the primary
departmental list, Ensure you
check as many departments as
possible to see if your name has
been sent to another
department.
If you have been admitted
Once you have confirmed your
name is on the admission list,
you are to follow the registration
procedures stated below;
Part One:
i. Pay an acceptance fee of
N5,000 into any of the branched
of the banks listed below and
collect payment slip from the
bank;
Banks:
(a) Skye Bank
(b) Wema Bank
(c) Diamond Bank
ii. On 13th of August, proceed to
PTDF Centre to print eligibility
and financial clearance forms
using your print out from the
Bank.
iii. Proceed to Registration
Officers at Academic Affairs
Office with the originals and
photocopies of the following
documents for screenings.
(a) Jamb Letter of admission (ND
Full Time Only)
(b) Post-UTME result slip
(c) Polytechnic letter of
admission (Pre-ND, ND Part-Time
and HND candidates)
(d) O/Level Results
iv. After you have been certified
qualified, proceed to the bank to
pay school fees and collect
payment slip (Only qualified
candidates). Incidental fees paid
by unqualified candidates will
not be refunded.
v. Proceed to Bursary to
authenticate your payment slip.
vi. Proceed to PTDF Centre with
the certified school fees
payment slip to print the
following documents;
Course Form
Library Card
Clearance Form and
Medical Slip
Part Two: On Resumption
i. Go to the school medical centre
for your medical examination.
ii. Go to the school library and
submit the library card.
iii. Go to your school’s office,
collect your files, fill any other
forms as may be required and
submit all required documents to
the school officer.
Notice: Candidates whose names
appear on this admission list are
expected to complete all
payments (Acceptance, School
fees and any other incidental
fees) as specified in part one
above to the indicated bank
within 2 weeks.
Candidates who failed to meet
this deadline will have his/her
admission forfeited.
